Please find below some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) about my photography service. Have a read through because you might just find the answer to what you are wondering and perhaps a little more.

How much do your photography packages cost?

Please head to the Pricing section where you will find all details. If there is something else regarding pricing that you would like to clarify please get in touch!

Do we have to pay a deposit?

For weddings and elopements the deposit is £250. For all other sessions it is £100.

Where will our family photoshoot take place?

Outdoors! anywhere you think it would be ideal for you and your family to feel free and have a good time. Parks, woods, beaches are all great locations. It can also take place in the comfort of your own home or a combination.

What happens if we get bad weather on the day of the shoot?

If it isn’t too bad, we will go ahead. Photos under a little bit of rain can be just as fun and add to the mood. If the weather is truly unbearable we can try to reschedule for as soon as my diary allows. This, of course, does not apply to weddings.

Can we receive RAW images?

I will only give back fully edited JPEGs. A RAW file is an incomplete product. Ideally, you would be hiring me because you like my work, therefore, the fully edited images should be at the expected standard and should portray the style you will find on my website.

What mileage do you cover?

The price reflected on the packages covers a 25 mile radius from where I am based.

How long will the online gallery be available for?

It will be available for 4-6 weeks.

Can we post our images to social media?

Yes, of course. I would love to see your images on social media! Please tag me if you do. I kindly request you not to alter the images using filters or other editing software as this would not reflect my work.

What is your approach to wedding photography?

My style is documentary and storytelling. During most of the day, I will blend in and capture little moments that would otherwise go unnoticed. I will of course capture the most important details too. Also, I will steal you both away for a few minutes to make sure we can capture some portraits of just the two of you. The result will be that when you look back at the photos you can live through your special day one more time.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes! I love to travel. Send me a message with your plan and we can organise ourselves. Please note that in case visas apply that would be charged for separately.

How will the shoot work on our wedding day?

We will have discussed this in advance and we will have a plan. At this point, we will know what the program for the day will be and what the most important shots that you would like me to get are. But in general, I will be capturing moments as the day progresses. We will make time for family portraits and portraits of the two of you.

Can you capture both of us getting ready on the morning of our wedding day?

Absolutely, as long as you are both in the same building. Bear in mind that, while im taking pictures of one of you I am not taking pictures of the other one. This means that if you want to have both sections of the day fully covered, please let me know and I will bring along a second shooter.

Will you meat the celebrant prior to our wedding?

I can, however, it is usually best for you to have a chat with them in advance and find out what they are happy for the photographer to do on the day and whether it is okay for me to be at the front moving around freely but discretely.

Do you need accommodation?

If your wedding location is 2 hours or more away from where I am based I will need accommodation for the night prior to your wedding and the night of the wedding. I will send you 3 options of accommodation for you to select.

Do we need to provide you with a meal on the wedding day?

Yes, please. It’s many hours of work and I will need to recharge my batteries with a warm meal and a drink.

Do we need a second photographer?

Not necessarily. It is a good idea if you want both the preparations of the bride and groom to be fully covered. The second shooter will also be covering different angles that add to the variety. He or she would provide me with their RAW files and I would do all the editing.
